Your name on it. Your words in it.

Nobody on your team should have to learn our vocabulary, and no client should be able to tell which platform you run.

The real chrome, four tenants — and it works. Open the page dropdown or the logo menu, search the pages, filter the tabs, apply a view, hide columns, select rows, try the AI and Messages panels. Only the brand, the words and the data change.

What you can change

Your name and your logo

The platform calls itself by your company's name — your team opens “Willow Creek OS”, not ours, and your clients get “Willow Creek Portal”. Your logo sits in the corner of both.

Your colors, type and shape

Set your brand color and the interface follows it. Pick a typeface, square off the corners or round them right up, and nudge the text size if your team works on a phone in bad light.

Your words for everything

Rename anything the platform calls something — a Work Order becomes a Chore, a Job or a Visit; a Subject becomes a Horse, a Unit or a Property — and the new word appears everywhere, including the portal your clients see.

Your stages

Rename the five journey stages to the words your team already uses. Add a stage you need, drop the ceremony you don't — the platform keeps track of what each one is underneath.

Only what you use

Turn off whole areas you don't need. What's off isn't hidden behind a menu — it isn't there. The platform stays the size of your business, not the size of our feature list.

The pages your clients see

Your booking page and your client portal carry your branding, your wording and your fields. To a customer they read as part of your business, because they are.

Your address

The platform can live at your own URL — yourbusiness.app instead of ours, or a subdomain of the website you already have. A client never sees our name in the address bar.

Branding and wording are set up with you during onboarding — starting with your logo, your colors, and rounded-or-square. You don’t start from a blank theme editor.
