How getting set up works
Setup isn't a fixed package, because your business isn't. It's scoped per company — often including cleaning and aggregating your data — and it's priced at the proposal, after we've mapped how you work. You don't pay until we've proven the fit.
A 30-minute call
We talk through how your business runs — size, scope, what you're using today. You leave with a roadmap: what we still need to discover before your business can be modeled properly.
Discovery → a real proposal
Over one or a couple of working conversations we map your business and its workflows — and we test that model against the platform before you've paid anything, so we're confident we can deliver what we're proposing. The proposal names your tier, a setup price scoped to your business, and your first workflows written out in plain language.
You redline the workflows
You change anything in the drafted workflows; we confirm every change is buildable in the platform. When they read right, you send over what we need (the checklist below), and setup is paid — your subscription doesn't have to start yet.
We build your environment
Your branding goes on, your data gets cleaned and imported, your workflows get configured, and everything is tested before you're handed a login.
A 30 / 60 / 90-day rollout
First 30 days: logins, tutorials, proving the workflows work, showing your team where everything lives, and agreeing the metrics and reports you'll run on. Day 60: your feedback turns into adjustments and expanded capability. Day 90: we harden what's working and take on what you want next. Through all of it you get a monthly 30–60 minute call with the founder — and if the scope grows, it's quoted as an addition, with hourly help available after.
What we'll need from you
Onboarding starts in earnest once we have the raw material. The full one-pager comes with your proposal; it covers:
- • The software you currently run (and what each one holds)
- • Corporate documents — contracts, SOPs, the forms you actually use
- • Your people — a list of employees and what they do
- • Your branding — logo files, colors, rounded or square
- • Access to the data we're migrating (exports or logins)
- • Answers to our discovery questions about how the work flows

Why don't you charge per seat like HubSpot?
Because per-seat pricing punishes you for inviting your team into the platform. Our value comes from your whole team using it — assistants, freelancers, project managers, leadership. Per-tenant pricing means you give everyone access without doing seat math every month.
Are workflows and automations limited?
No — every plan includes unlimited workflows and automations. We charge for team size and AI usage, not for how well you automate your own business. If you're curious what the two words mean, the long version lives on the How It Works page.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime — pro-rated immediately. Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens when I exceed my YOUsage Tokens?
You have generous overage headroom before a Pack is needed — most customers never see one required. When you do approach the limit, you'll get a clear notification and can buy a YOUsage Pack ($25–$299, never expires) with one click. Optional auto-pack can be enabled so you're never interrupted. We'll never charge you for AI usage you didn't authorize.
What if I run out of file storage?
You can buy a recurring Storage Pack (25 GB / 100 GB / 500 GB) to extend your storage. If you don't, new uploads pause until you free up space, buy a Pack, or upgrade. Existing files remain accessible.
Do I need any modules to start?
No. The Core Platform handles full CRM, journey, communications, portal, and AI for service businesses. Modules add specific operational capabilities (billing, scheduling, etc.) when you need them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans: cancel anytime, keep access through your billing period. Annual plans: cancel anytime, refund pro-rated minus any earned annual discount.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — start a free trial of any plan, no credit card required. Trial duration is set by us and is configurable; we'll tell you up-front how long you have. Founding Customers skip the trial and go straight to discounted pricing.
